Inverness Graham Announces Sale of Syntrio

Wayne, PA, January 10, 2024 – Inverness Graham (“IGI”), a Philadelphia based buyout firm that acquires innovative, high-growth businesses, is pleased to announce the sale of Syntrio to Mitratech, a global technology partner for corporate legal, risk & compliance and HR professionals. Syntrio is a leading ethics & compliance platform purpose built for the GRC needs of dynamic businesses.

IGI formed the Syntrio platform in June of 2019 through the acquisition and merger of two businesses, Syntrio and Lighthouse Services. This initial combination established a robust employee reporting and e-learning solutions platform and set a strong foundation for three subsequent add-on acquisitions that enhanced capabilities and expanded the company’s addressable market. At Syntrio, IGI focused on the build-out of a world-class management team to drive product, sales and marketing. Inverness Graham’s Strategic Platform Build playbook culminated in the transformation of Syntrio into a fully integrated ethics and compliance technology solutions provider.
