Environmental Sustainability Now.
The Green Light strategy will continue the investment strategy of the Flagship Funds (focused primarily on Strategic Platform Builds of companies with EBITDA up to $10 million), but with a specific emphasis on companies that are accelerating the transition to a more environmentally sustainable future.
For the past twenty years, Inverness Graham has invested in innovative companies where technology is transforming traditional industry and driving accelerated growth. We believe that, in today’s economy, accelerating demand for environmentally sustainable solutions is transforming every industry as businesses strive to rapidly reduce their carbon footprint and improve environmental outcomes of their products, processes and supply chains. We believe that there are opportunities for investment in companies with existing solutions that enable a reduced carbon footprint and / or the protection and maximization of natural resources. In contrast to investing in nascent technologies which we believe may not be deployable at scale for decades, the Green Light strategy is primarily focused on acquiring and scaling businesses that offer existing solutions and address the Green Light strategy’s investment imperative: “Environmental Sustainability Now.”
Inverness Graham’s focused Green Light strategy targets businesses that are drivers and beneficiaries of the important acceleration towards a more environmentally sustainable future and builds on the firm’s heritage from Graham Recycling to Graham Architectural Products to today’s Graham Sustainability Institute at the University of Michigan.
