Will joined Inverness Graham as part of the Value Creation Group in 2025. Will’s responsibilities include driving strategic and financial initiatives across the portfolio, partnering with portfolio company CFOs to enhance business visibility, supporting financial diligence for new acquisitions, and preparing portfolio companies for exit.

Prior to joining Inverness Graham, Will held various positions at RSM across the Transactions Advisory Services and Assurance Services departments, assisting clients with financial due diligence, financial reporting initiatives, and accounting standards implementations.
