Usha joined Inverness Graham as part of the Value Creation Group in 2025. Her responsibilities include leading AI initiatives both internally and across Inverness Graham’s portfolio with a focus on identifying and executing high-impact use cases, educating portfolio company leadership on best-practice implementation and embedding AI capabilities into day-to-day workflows to drive measurable value creation.

Usha brings over 20 years of technology experience leading AI, cloud and enterprise data integration programs that have delivered operational efficiency, scalable innovation, and revenue growth across global organizations. Prior to joining Inverness Graham, she served as Vice President, AI PMO at OpenText, where she scaled AI and cloud program management, guided cross-functional execution aligned with business objectives, led FedRAMP certification program and developed training and enablement programs to accelerate AI adoption by internal teams. Previously, at Liaison Technologies (acquired by OpenText), she managed complex data-integration and management programs across various industries including healthcare and earned the company’s “Chairman’s Award” for excellence.
