Garrett has been engaged at Inverness Graham for over a decade in various capacities (Industry Executive Partner, portfolio company CEO, Senior Operating Partner). He brings over 30 years of extensive operating and executive leadership skills and accomplishments in business and philanthropy. His experience includes transformative board service at for-profit, non-profit, public and privately held companies, largely in the dental market.

He currently serves on the board of Inverness Graham’s single-use surgical products manufacturer, Innovia Medical, and Inverness Graham’s recently exited dental consumable manufacturer, Vista Apex. He previously served as Chairman and CEO of Danville Materials, a developer and manufacturer of dental materials that the Firm successfully exited in 2016 under Garrett’s leadership.

Garrett began his career at Sybron Dental Specialties, a Danaher company, and held various management, executive and President positions throughout his 23-year tenure with Sybron/Danaher.
