Daniel joined Inverness Graham as part of the Value Creation Group in 2026. His responsibilities include serving on Inverness Graham portfolio company boards and as an advisor to various portfolio company CEOs and management teams, as well as supporting due diligence of investment opportunities in specific markets aligned with his background and experience.

Daniel brings more than 30 years of operating and leadership experience in global software and technology-enabled services companies. As a seasoned operator and board director, he has served as CEO across Fortune 500 enterprises, private equity-backed companies, and high-growth technology platforms—executing strategic transformations that scale growth and deliver successful outcomes for stakeholders.

Most recently, Daniel served as CEO of Assembly Software, where he led a comprehensive operational and financial turnaround, securing over $30 million in capital, restructuring debt and growing cloud product ARR to a $100 million run rate, achieving over 10x industry performance. He also launched AI-enabled products that drove a 5x increase in ARPU, expanded gross margins to over 87%, and achieved a Net Revenue Retention of 119%. Prior to that, he led transformative strategic growth at Mitel UCaaS, Switchfly and Openlane.
