Inverness Graham Announces New Partner and Firm-wide Promotions
Wayne, PA, April 14, 2026 – Inverness Graham (“IGI” or the “Firm”), a Philadelphia-based buyout firm focused on acquiring innovative companies where technology is transforming traditional industry, is pleased to announce several promotions, including Chris Frystock to Partner on the investment team.

Chris joined Inverness Graham in 2011 and currently serves in leadership roles across several platform investments, including Axcel Learning, Cognito Forms, BenefitHub, and GPS Trackit. He is actively involved in all phases of the investment lifecycle, including sourcing new investment opportunities, negotiating acquisition and financing transactions, and providing post-investment support to portfolio companies in collaboration with Inverness Graham’s Value Creation Group.
Chris’ promotion represents one of several in 2026 to date, reflecting the depth of talent and leadership across the Inverness Graham team:
- On the Deal Team, Trey Simpson and Alec Somers have been promoted to Principal; Kohl Wimer to Senior Associate; and Andrew Frost to Associate;
- On the Capital Formation and Stakeholder Relations team, Jennifer Roca Newcomer has been promoted to Senior Associate;
- On the Finance and Accounting Team, Sean Ennis has been promoted to Controller.
