Inverness Graham-backed Corsica Technologies Acquires Symplexity

Philadelphia, PA, November 25, 2019 – Inverness Graham Investments, a private investment firm targeting innovative tech-enabled manufacturing, service and software companies, announced today that its managed IT services platform, Corsica Technologies, has acquired Symplexity, Inc. Based in Fort Wayne, IN, Symplexity is a full-service, Managed IT Solutions Provider (“MSP”) serving small to medium-sized businesses that also provides Managed Security Services to its customers, offering critical security capabilities to help protect their data. This marks the third acquisition in the last twelve months as part of Inverness’ strategy to build a multi-regional, technology-enabled managed IT solutions platform.
