Inverness Graham-backed Corsica Merges with WestView Capital Partners’ AccountabilIT, Establishing a National Leader in Next-Generation Managed Security and IT Services
Wayne, PA, November 24, 2025 – Inverness Graham, a Philadelphia-based buyout firm focused on acquiring innovative companies where technology is transforming traditional industries, announced today that its managed services platform Corsica Technologies (“Corsica”) has merged with AccountabilIT, a Scottsdale, Arizona-based managed security service provider (“MSSP”) and managed service provider (“MSP”). The merger creates a national leader in next-generation managed technology services, expanding Corsica’s reach across the United States in delivering its AI, data integration, cloud and cybersecurity capabilities. Together, Corsica and AccountabilIT will serve clients in high-cost-of-failure sectors, including healthcare, financial services, manufacturing, and government – where performance, compliance, and security are mission-critical.
