Inverness Graham‐backed Corsica Technologies Acquires EDTS & EDTS Cyber

Philadelphia, PA, June 7, 2019 – Inverness Graham Investments, a private investment firm targeting innovative tech‐enabled manufacturing, service and software companies, announced today that its managed IT services platform, Corsica Technologies, has acquired EDTS, LLC and EDTS Cyber, LLC (“EDTS”). Based in Augusta, GA, EDTS is a full‐service, Managed IT Solutions Provider (“MSP”) serving small to medium‐sized organizations that also operates as a world class Managed Security Services Provider (“MSSP”) delivering critical security services to help clients protect their data.
