Kenneth A. Graham, Senior Managing Principal

Ken is a co-founder of Inverness Graham Investments and oversees all activities of the firm. Ken, along with the other Managing Principals, shares responsibility for all major operational functions of the Manager, including transaction sourcing, structuring, negotiating, divesting, working with portfolio companies, and handling relationships with limited partners. Ken serves on the Partnership's Investment Committee.

 

Prior to forming Inverness Graham, Ken served as a Senior Vice President of Graham Packaging, heading Global Business Development, Latin American Operations and the Tetra Pak/Graham Global Alliance. Prior to the transfer by the Graham Group of a controlling interest in Graham Packaging Company to The Blackstone Group in 1998, Ken served as a member of Graham Packaging's Management Committee where he played a key role in acquisitions, divestitures, and financings totaling over $2 billion and as Executive Chairman of Graham Engineering Corporation.

 

Earlier in his career, Ken co-founded media technology and services firm Media Stream, Inc., and served as a Manager for turnaround consultants Mackenzie, Hovey and Associates, and as Director of Business Development for venture backed start-up Superconducting Core Technologies.

 

Ken's past and present boards seats include: Energy Solutions, ExtruMed, Faxitron, Infiltrator, Nexergy, SmartFlow and SkyBitz. Ken serves on the University of Michigan's Technology Transfer National Advisory Board and is a member of the Board of Trustees of Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia. Ken is a member of the Young Presidents Organization and is active in numerous other professional organizations in private equity and regional business.

 

Ken earned his B.A. from Dartmouth College and his M.B.A from Dartmouth's Amos Tuck School of Business.

 


 

 Scott A. Kehoe, Managing Principal

Scott is a co-founder of Inverness Graham and, along with the other Managing Principals, shares responsibility for all major operational functions of the firm, including investment sourcing, structuring, negotiating, divesting and working with portfolio companies. Scott serves on the Inverness Graham Investment Committee.

 

Prior to joining Inverness Graham, Scott served as President and CEO of Media Stream and as an advisor to other Graham Group Legacy Businesses. Scott was a Senior Manager with Ernst & Young where he was a key player in the launch of two strategic business units within Ernst & Young's Management Consulting practice: Strategic Advisory Services (E&Y's corporate strategy consulting practice) and Connected Enterprise Solutions (venture and consulting group focused on leveraging new technologies). He has extensive experience assisting Fortune 500 companies in developing and executing growth-oriented strategies.

 

Scott is a former director of ExtruMed and Extrusioneering, Inc. and a current director of Faxitron.

 

Scott earned his B.A. from Dartmouth College and his M.B.A, Beta Gamma Sigma, from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.

 


 

 Skip Maner, COO & Managing Principal

Skip joined Inverness Graham in 2002 and, along with the other Managing Principals, shares responsibility for all major operational functions of the firm, including investment sourcing, structuring, negotiating, divesting and working with portfolio companies. Skip serves on the Inverness Graham Investment Committee.

 

Prior to joining Inverness Graham, Skip spent eight years with TL Ventures, Internet Capital Group, and Safeguard Scientifics. At these firms, he led several successful exits of investments, including WebLogic, Conduit Software and PacWest Telecommunications. Skip was also an entrepreneur and served as President and founder of two companies, including a recycled products manufacturer.

 

Skip's past and present board seats include: DemandPoint, ElectriTek AVT, Energy Solutions, Nexergy, SmartFlow and SkyBitz. He currently serves on the University of Richmond's President's Council and has served on several community and non-profit boards throughout the Philadelphia region.

 

Skip has a B.A. from the University of Richmond, and an M.B.A from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

 


 

 Steven F. Wood, CEO - Inverness Graham Operating Group (IGOG)

Steve is a co-founder of Inverness Graham and serves as Inverness Graham's lead operating partner. As CEO of IGOG, Steve is responsible for building a dedicated operating group to meet the needs of a growing portfolio of operating businesses. Steve serves on the Inverness Graham Investment Committee.

 

Previously, Steve served as Chairman and CEO of Graham Engineering Corporation and Senior Group Vice President and CFO of the Graham Companies and Graham Packaging. Prior to joining the Graham Group, Steve was a Senior Manager with Ernst & Young where he served in the firm's Audit, Tax, and Entrepreneurial Services Groups.

 

Steve is a current or former director of B&B Electronics, ElectriTek AVT, Energy Solutions, ExtruMed, Extrusioneering, Nexiant and Nexergy. He is a board observer for DemandPoint.

 

Steve earned his B.S. from Connecticut State University and is a CPA.

 


 

 Michael B. Morrissey, Principal and Director of Business Development

Michael joined Inverness Graham in 2004. His responsibilities include sourcing and assessing investment opportunities, coordinating financial and operational due diligence, negotiating acquisition and financing transactions and working with management teams post-acquisition. Michael also directs Inverness Graham's business development efforts.

 

Michael was the Vice President of Business Development with Boston-based Audax Group, a $1 billion private equity firm that manages both a leveraged buyout and a mezzanine debt fund. He also served as a strategy consultant in Bain & Company's private equity practice. Before joining Bain, Michael was an entrepreneur who raised start-up capital and co-founded a multi-location consumer products manufacturer. Prior to the start-up, he operated and sold a hardware products business.

 

Mike's past and present board seats include: B&B Electronics, Energy Solutions, Faxitron and SmartFlow.

 

Michael received a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania and an M.B.A from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

 


 

 Trey Sykes, Principal

Trey joined Inverness Graham in 2002. In 2007, Trey helped launch the firm's West Coast office. His responsibilities include sourcing and assessing investment opportunities, coordinating financial and operational due diligence, negotiating acquisition and financing transactions and working with management teams post-acquisition.

 

Prior to joining Inverness Graham, Trey worked at GE Equity specializing in private equity and direct investments. Trey's prior experience included positions at Lehman Brothers Venture Partners and in investment banking for Houlihan Lokey Howard & Zukin where he advised various technology clients.

 

Trey's past and present board seats include: ElectriTek AVT, Nexergy and is a board observer for SkyBitz, DemandPoint, Nexiant and ExtruMed (until Company was sold in March 2009).

 

Trey earned his B.S. from the University of California at Berkeley and his M.B.A from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

 


 

 John P. Christie, Controller

John joined Inverness Graham in 2007. His responsibilities include financial administration, reporting, budgeting, forecasting and cash management. Additionally, John is responsible for all accounting and reporting to limited partners and provides transaction and post-investment support for a number of Inverness Graham's current portfolio companies.

 

Prior to joining Inverness Graham, John held various accounting management positions at Saint-Gobain, a diversified multinational manufacturer. At Saint-Gobain, John oversaw accounting operations for three divisions and conducted internal control, financial and operational audits of manufacturing facilities both domestically and internationally.

 

John received his B.S. from Villanova University and his M.B.A from West Chester University.

 


 

 Jason A. Amato, Senior Associate

Jason joined Inverness Graham in 2005. His responsibilities include sourcing new investment opportunities and providing transaction and post-investment support for a number of Inverness Graham's current portfolio companies.

 

Prior to joining Inverness Graham, Jason worked as an analyst at SSG Capital Advisors, a boutique financial advisory firm primarily focused on distressed companies. Jason worked with middle market companies on M&A, financial restructuring, private placement and valuation engagements.

 

Jason is a board observer for SkyBitz, DemandPoint, Infiltrator and Nexergy.

 

Jason received his B.A. from Brown University.

 


 

 Aliya Khaydarova, Associate

Aliya joined Inverness Graham in 2008. Her responsibilities include sourcing new investment opportunities and providing transaction and post investment support for a number of Inverness Graham's current portfolio companies.

 

Prior to joining Inverness Graham, Aliya worked as an Investment Banking Associate at Mufson Howe Hunter & Company. She worked on all facets of investment banking engagements for middle market growth companies, including financial and valuation analysis, preparing information memoranda and coordinating due diligence.

 

Aliya is a board observer for EnergySolutions, SmartFlow, Faxitron, B&B Electronics and ExtruMed (until Company was sold in March 2009).

 

Aliya received her B.S., summa cum laude, from Drexel University.

 


 

 Courtney Comer, Investor Communications Director

Courtney joined Inverness Graham in 2009. Courtney plays a key role in managing Inverness Graham's communications with its investors and other external relationships.

 

Courtney joined Inverness Graham from Graham Partners where she worked as an associate in the Investor Relations Group since 2006. Courtney previously worked as a financial analyst at Five Below, Inc. Prior to Five Below, Courtney worked as an investor relations analyst at Thomson Financial.

 

Courtney received her B.S. from St. Joseph's University.

 Matt Moran, Business Development Analyst

Matt joined Inverness Graham in 2010. His responsibilities include sourcing new investment opportunities and providing transaction and post investment support for Inverness Graham's portfolio companies.

 

Prior to joining Inverness Graham, Matt was an analyst at Laurel Capital Partners, a growth equity and micro-cap buyout firm in Radnor, PA.
