Erika Anderson and her colleagues at Proteus International, the company she founded in 1990, offer practical methods and skills for individuals, teams and organizations to set and achieve their strategic goals. Much of Erika's recent work has been focused on organizational structure and strategy, executive coaching, and management and leadership development. She has served as consultant and advisor to the chief executive officers and top executives of corporations such as MTV Networks, Molson Coors Brewing, NBC Universal, Union Square Hospitality Group, Rockwell Automation and Comcast Corporation.
Jeff Fenton has had broad chief executive officer, general management and advisory experience with numerous private equity investment firms. Jeff served as a Cerberus Capital Partners operating partner, was CEO of a $400 million private equity backed industrial business and had a 20-year career with General Electric Company. Jeff brings a proven record of leading large and diverse organizations, developing and executing market leading strategies and consistently delivering bottom-line results. Jeff's leadership experience includes global business operations, acquisitions, divestitures, start-ups, turnarounds, IPOs, manufacturing, distribution and financial services. Jeff received a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Northeastern University and an M.S. in Management with a Sloan Fellowship from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
Donald Graham is founder and Chairman of the Graham Group. The Graham Group is engaged in a broad array of businesses, including industrial process technology development, capital equipment production, and consumer and industrial products manufacturing. The three Legacy Graham Businesses operate in more than 90 locations worldwide, with combined sales of approximately $3 billion. Don received his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and his M.S. in Industrial Engineering and Business Management from the University of Michigan.
Tom Hall is an experienced business executive, having spent more than 30 years in the operational management of a diverse set of businesses in both public and private companies. He had a 25-year career at Air Products & Chemicals, culminating as Vice President and General Manager of its $1.7 billion global chemicals business, and has been directly involved in the management of a variety of private equity owned companies since 2000. Tom received his B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, his M.B.A. from the University of Michigan, and graduated from the Advanced Management Program at Harvard University.
Bob Lessin is a Vice Chairman of Jefferies & Company, Inc. and is involved in all aspects of the firm's investment banking activities. Bob provides fund and portfolio level strategic guidance. His 28-year investment banking career began at Morgan Stanley, where he became the youngest-ever partner in 1987, and was Vice Chairman of the Investment Banking Operating Committee in 1990, and Chairman of the Investment Bank's Strategy Committee in 1993. Subsequently, Bob was Vice Chairman of Salomon Smith Barney. Most recently, Bob was Chairman of technology investment banking firm SoundView Technology Group, Inc. from April 1998 through October 2001. He remains Chairman of Dawntreader Ventures (formerly SoundView Ventures). Bob received his B.A. from Harvard University and his M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
