Our Operating Partners and Advisors include executives with strong financial and operational backgrounds who provide guidance and support to the Inverness team and our portfolio companies.
Steven Wood
Steve is a co-founder of Inverness Graham and serves as Inverness Graham's lead operating partner. As CEO of IGOG, Steve is responsible for building a dedicated operating group to meet the needs of a growing portfolio of operating businesses. Steve serves on the Inverness Graham Investment Committee. Previously, Steve served as Chairman and CEO of Graham Engineering Corporation and Senior Group Vice President and CFO of the Graham Companies and Graham Packaging. Prior to joining the Graham Group, Steve was a Senior Manager with Ernst & Young where he served in the firm's Audit, Tax, and Entrepreneurial Services Groups.
Jeff Fenton
Jeff Fenton has had broad chief executive officer, general management and advisory experience with numerous private equity investment firms. Jeff served as a Cerberus Capital Partners operating partner, was CEO of a $400 million private equity backed industrial business and had a 20-year career with General Electric Company. Jeff brings a proven record of leading large and diverse organizations, developing and executing market leading strategies and consistently delivering bottom-line results. Jeff's leadership experience includes global business operations, acquisitions, divestitures, start-ups, turnarounds, IPOs, manufacturing, distribution and financial services. Jeff received a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Northeastern University and an M.S. in Management with a Sloan Fellowship from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
Donald Graham
Don Graham is the founder and owner of Graham Capital Company. The Graham Group is an alliance of independently owned and operated industrial and investment management businesses that share in the common legacy of entrepreneur Don Graham's industrial success. Don Graham's three legacy industrial businesses: Graham Packaging, Graham Engineering, and Graham Architectural all grew out of the farmhouse basement business and today collectively operate more than 90 locations worldwide. Don received his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and his M.S. in Industrial Engineering and Business Management from the University of Michigan.
