We believe that our own background of growing out of a family owned and operated company of global scale offers us a unique perspective on the day-to-day risks, challenges, and rewards that business owners face. We look to partner with owners, operators and management teams to provide not only the capital, but also the resources and guidance, as needed, to help growing businesses fuel further growth. We understand first hand the delicate balance between being an active investor and allowing the Company the autonomy which has made it a success to date.

We look to align our interests with the management teams and provide incentives such as equity ownership and bonuses broadly within the organization. Post-investment, we focus on the strategic planning, goal setting, and resource requirements necessary for the company to acheive its growth objectives on an accelerated basis. We work closely with management to leverage the significant resources of Inverness and the broader Graham Group to support these initiatives.
